What are Spaces?
Spaces help you organize your Planner 5D projects in one place. Instead of keeping all designs in a single project list, you can use Spaces to group related projects together.
For example, you can create separate Spaces for different homes, clients, rooms, renovation ideas, or design versions.
Spaces are useful when you want to keep your work organized, especially if you have several projects or are working on different design ideas at the same time.

How Spaces help organize your work
You can use Spaces in different ways depending on your workflow.
For personal projects, you can create one Space for each home, apartment, or renovation idea.
For client or professional work, you can create a separate Space for each client, property, or design version.
This makes it easier to find the right project later and avoid mixing unrelated designs and information.
Spaces and Recents
The Recents tab helps you quickly access projects you worked on recently.
Spaces are better for long-term organization, while Recents is useful when you want to quickly return to your latest work.
If you cannot find a project in Recents, check the Space where the project was originally created or saved.
Tips for using Spaces
Use clear names for your Spaces so you can easily recognize them later.
If you are working on several design versions, include version names or dates in the project title.
Keep related projects together in the same Space, especially if they belong to the same home, client, or renovation plan.
