The Recents tab lets you quickly access items you recently created, opened, viewed, or interacted with in Planner 5D.
The list updates automatically based on your activity and displays only the items you currently have permission to access.
The feature is available on Web platform at the moment.
To locate the Recents tab, open the Spaces and then on the left navigation sidebar click on Recents tab.
Supported item types
The following item types can appear in the Recents tab:
Spaces
Space Documents
Projects
Renders
Moodboards
Design Generators
View recent activity
The Recents tab displays items you have recently interacted with, including projects, Spaces, and other supported items.
Items are automatically sorted from the most recently active to the least recently active, making it easy to quickly return to your recent work.
Open and manage recent items
Select an item in the Recents tab to open it.
Depending on the item type, additional actions are available from the context menu.

Show Location opens the folder containing the selected item. This option is not available for Spaces.
Send to Gallery publishes the selected Project or Moodboard to the public gallery.
How items are added and updated
Items appear in the Recents tab when the following activity occurs. New items are ordered by their creation date. Existing items are reordered based on their most recent activity.
When additional activity occurs, the existing item moves to the top of the list. Duplicate entries are not created.

Shared items
The files you've shared display a collaboration icon.
Activity from both the owner and collaborators can update an item's position in the Recents tab.
Your recent history is personal to your account, so each user sees their own list of recent activity.
Access changes
If you lose access to a shared item:
The item is removed from the Recents tab.
The item is removed from the Recent Collaborators section.
The item is no longer visible in your recent activity.
