Before you start
Your projects are saved automatically on all platforms.
You must be logged in to your Planner 5D account.
Always verify your login status to protect your work.
Your device should be connected to the Internet.
Offline changes are only saved after reconnecting to the Internet.
❗️❗️
If you open your project from another device with an active internet connection before saving your changes, those unsaved changes could be overwritten.
Wait a few seconds before closing your project to ensure all changes have been successfully sent to our servers.
Always make sure your project updates are synchronized across devices before switching.
Known limitations
Projects created without an account cannot be restored.
Offline changes are not synchronized until the device reconnects to the Internet.
Opening the same project on another connected device before synchronization may overwrite offline changes.
How project saving works
Once you are logged in to your account, projects are saved automatically after every change if you have stable internet connection
