Projects or Spaces cannot be restored from your end. If you need help restoring the projects, please contact our Support team.
Before you remove a project
Deleting a project is permanent.
Deleting a Space removes everything inside it (projects, renders, files).
There is no in-app undo for deleted projects or Spaces.
How to remove a project
On Web:
Open your Space.
Locate the project you want to remove.
Select the project options.
Click Delete.
Confirm the action.
On iOS:
Open the Floor Plans;
Choose the Project you wish to remove;
Press and hold then;
From the dropdown menu select:
Delete
On Android:
Go to Projects;
From there click on the three dots;
On the dropdown menu Select Delete
Confirm the deletion
Project is Removed
On Windows app:
Open the Planner 5D app.
Navigate to the 'My Projects' section.
Locate the project you wish to archive, then click on the three dots icon in the lower right corner of the project's thumbnail.
Click on the "Delete" option.
Your project will now removed from your active project list.
