Before You Start
The Print feature is available only on Web.
Available to Free, Premium, and PRO users.
The Print feature exports only the page you are currently working on, not a complete project report. For a full project report, use the Report Generator feature.
To open Print menu:
Open your project in the Planner 5D Web editor.
Adjust the zoom level to make sure all the content you want to print is visible on the screen.
Hover over the project name.
Click Export.
Select Print.
6. In the system print settings, choose the Destination:
Print: Select a printer to print your project.
Save as PDF: Select this option to save your project as a PDF file. Next, choose a location on your computer, enter a file name, and save the file.
Printing on Other Platforms
The Print feature is currently available only on Web.
It is not available directly in the following Planner 5D applications:
iOS
Android
macOS
Windows
If you're using one of these applications and need to print your project, use the Planner 5D Web editor.
If you only need to share your design with someone, you can send them a link to your project instead. This allows them to access and review the project without exporting it as a PDF.
Print vs. Report Generator
Planner 5D offers two options for exporting project information to PDF.

If you need a complete report rather than a printout of the current page, use the Report Generator.
