Before you start
Please note:
Shared projects are view-only by default. However, on the Web platform, we have also released a Live Collaboration feature.

Recipients cannot copy projects or edit the project on any platform, Web platform has small exception.
Project editing through shared access will soon be available on the Web platform.
Shared links can be opened on different devices and platforms.
Internet access is required to open shared links.
How to share a project
On Web
Open the project you want to share;
Click the Share button;
Copy the generated link;
Send the link to the recipient.
You can also embed the project on your website using the code snippet we’ve prepared for you.
⚠️ Please note that public access must be enabled in order to use the embedded code.
On iOS
Open your project;
Tap the Share button;
Copy or send the generated link.
On Android
Open your project;
Select Share;
Copy or send the generated link.
On Windows
Open your project;
Click the Share button;
Copy the generated link;
Send the link to the recipient.
What recipients can do
Recipients can:
Open the project from any device;
View the project in 2D and 3D;
Explore the design and layout.
If the recipient cannot open the project
Make sure:
The full share link was copied correctly.
The project was successfully shared.
The recipient has internet access.
If the project appears empty
Try:
Reopening the project and generating a new link.
Checking whether the project finished syncing.
Updating the app to the latest version.
If the Share button is missing
Make sure:
The project is fully loaded.
The app is updated to the latest version.
Known limitations
Projects cannot be copied into another user’s account through sharing links.
If this didn’t solve it
If sharing still does not work:
Update Planner 5D to the latest version
Restart the app or device
If you're using Web, try different browser and incognito mode. Please also try clearing out cookies and cache.
Generate a new sharing link
Try sharing from another platform (Web, iOS, Android, Windows)
When to contact support
Contact Support if:
The Share button is not working
Shared links fail to open
The project does not load correctly after sharing

App/browser version
Project link
Screenshots or screen recording
This helps the team investigate the issue faster.
