The Duplicate button is not active in my macOS app. What should I do?

If you are experiencing an issue with duplicating a project in your Planner 5D app on your Mac - we’ve got you covered!
Please check a short instruction on the alternative way to duplicate your project.

  1. Select a project you want to have a copy of by simply clicking on it.

  2. When the needed project is selected - go to the Edit tab in the top bar of your macOS device.

  3. There you’ll be able to see a Duplicate button.
