Cookies are files created by the websites you visit, designed to enhance your online experience by saving browsing data. The cache, on the other hand, remembers parts of web pages, such as images, to speed up loading times on your subsequent visits. To ensure the smooth operation of the Planner 5D Editor, we recommend periodically clearing both your cache and cookies.
Here are the instructions for doing so, tailored to the browser you use:
Chrome
Clearing Cache:
Open Chrome.
Click on the three-dot icon (More) located at the top right corner of the browser.
Select
More tools
>Clear browsing data
.A dialog box will appear. At the top, select a time range. If you want to delete everything, choose
All time
.Next to "Cached images and files," check the box.
Finally, click
Clear data

Clearing Cookies for Planner 5D Website Only:
Open Chrome.
Click on the three-dot icon (More) at the top right corner, then choose
Settings

Privacy and security
>Cookies and other site data
.Select
See all cookies and site data
.At the top right, search for the Planner 5D website (www.planner5d.com).
To the right of the site, click
Remove
.A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click
Clear
.

Clearing Cache in Safari on Mac
Click on the

Clearing Cookies in Safari on Mac
In the Safari app on your Mac, choose
Safari > Settings
, then clickPrivacy.
Click Manage Website Data.
Select the Planner 5D website (www.planner5d.com), then click
Remove/Remove All.
