Before you can start designing your dream home, you will need to register an account.
Remember: you can only save your progress with the project if you’re logged in and creating a project in your Planner 5D account.
While web registration is pretty straightforward, the account registration in the macOS app can be a bit tricky. Here’s why:
The moment you’ve installed and opened the app, macOS creates an account for you with your iCloud account. You will need to set an email and password in the Profile. That will allow you to access your account on other platforms as well.
Here’s how you can check what email is used or change it:
Click the Profile button in the upper right corner of the app;
You’ll see the name of your Profile and an email address associated with it;
Click the Account Details button to set up a password or change an email.
That’s it. You’re ready to rock the world of interior design!
