After another login, you find that all or some of your projects have gone missing?
Please follow the instructions below to fix it:
Log out from the application and re-login. It might fix the issue. After merging accounts, ensure that you log in with the correct credentials (e.g., email linked to your merged account or chosen social login) to access your consolidated data.
Try remembering if you were working on your projects while logged in to your Planner 5D account. Projects are only saved if you're logged in to your account. If you’ve merged multiple accounts, check to ensure your projects are accessible by logging in with your preferred account.
Try to recall if you were using several accounts. You might have used different email addresses or social networks. Check other accounts if your projects are there.
If none of the above help, gather the following information and contact our Support team directly from the app you've used to create projects. Note that without that information, we won't be able to conduct a proper search to help you: - email/emails of your account (you can list all emails you might have used); - names of projects (we'll be able to search through the list of all projects to find yours); - the platform you've used to create projects; - if you've made some purchases while working on your projects – receipt screenshot. When contacting support, include information about account merging if applicable, such as emails of both accounts and any purchase identifiers to verify ownership.
