We cannot guarantee that our AI will process other plan types correctly.

If your plan hasn’t been correctly processed, try uploading a better quality plan.

If you aren’t satisfied with the result, you can always contact our Support team. Please gather the following information:

  1. The file of your plan;

  2. The link to the digitalised project;

  3. Email of your account.

We’ll see what we can do to help you improve the quality of your plan recognition.
