With an individual subscription in Planner 5D, you can currently upload only one plan for recognition at a time. However, if you find yourself needing to upload a second plan while the first one is still in progress, you have two options:
Contact our Customer Support Team: If you need to prioritize the second plan, you can reach out to our Customer Support team and request them to cancel your current upload. This will allow you to upload the second plan immediately. Please note that in this case, the first plan will not be recognized.
Wait for the First Plan to Complete: Alternatively, you can wait until the first plan is processed and completed. Once the first plan is finished, you can then proceed to upload the second plan for recognition.
