Planner 5D uses advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to digitize your blueprints and turn them into a project. On average, this process should take between 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the complexity of your project.
However, there are situations where the recognition process can take longer. When we experience a high volume of uploaded plans, it can cause our system to become overloaded, resulting in a queue for recognition. In these instances, the time it takes to complete the digitalization process can extend up to 24 hours.
