If you've begun the process of digitalizing your plan in the Planner 5D app, and then decide that you want to stop it, there are a few things to note.
Despite this, if the plan is still in the early stages of recognition, you may have a window of opportunity to halt the process. To do so, reach out to our customer support team and request that they cancel the digitalization of your plan. While we can't guarantee cancellation every time, if the plan hasn't yet progressed to the final stage of recognition (which cannot be aborted), we might be able to help.
