You've made a purchase and used it for a couple of days, but then it disappeared? Nothing to worry about – we can fix it for you.

Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please check what email you've received a receipt of purchase to;

    That will help you understand what account of yours has received a purchase. In some cases, users create several accounts without even knowing it.

  2. Delete and reinstall the app. After you log back in, use the Restore subscription option;

  3. If nothing helps, please get in touch with our support team from the app and provide us with the following:

    - email of your account;

    - screenshot of the receipt;

    - the platform you've used to purchase (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows) a subscription.
