Subscription Cancellation

You can unsubscribe any time. Follow instructions to get it done!

Click on the one that you've used to subscribe:

Note: If you delete the app, that will not cancel the subscription! Cancelling the subscription prevents you from the subsequent charges. However, that doesn't refund your last payment.


Cancelling the subscription on the Web platform

To cancel your subscription, please do the following:

  1. Open your Profile at Planner 5D;

  2. Choose the Billing section;

  3. Click the Cancel button.

If you don't see Cancel, the subscription is already cancelled and shouldn't be renewed.


Cancelling subscription on the iOS platform

To cancel the subscription on the iOS platform, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device;

  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen;

  3. Tap Subscriptions.
    If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage;

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
    If you don't see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled and shouldn't be renewed.


Cancelling the subscription on the Android platform

Please follow the instructions to cancel the subscription:

  1. Open the Play Market app on your Android device;

  2. Make sure you've logged in to the correct Google account of yours;

  3. Click the Menu icon -> Subscriptions;

  4. Find the subscription you wish to cancel;

  5. Click the Cancel button;

  6. Follow the instructions in the Play Market


Cancelling the subscription on the macOS platform

To check or cancel subscriptions on your Mac, do the following:

  1. Open the App Store on your device.

  2. Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.

  3. Click View Information at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in.

  4. On the page that appears, scroll until you see Subscriptions, then click Manage.

  5. Click Edit next to the subscription that you want to cancel.
    Don't see the subscription that you're looking for?

  6. Click Cancel Subscription.
    If you don't see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled and shouldn't be renewed.


Cancelling the subscription on the Windows platform

  1. Open the Services & subscriptions page.

  2. Sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription.

  3. Find your subscription and select Manage.

  4. On the next page, select Cancel or Upgrade, depending on your subscription type.

  5. Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with the cancellation.
