Subscription disappeared

You've made a purchase, used it for a couple of days, but then it disappeared? Nothing to worry about – we can fix it for you.

Please follow the instructions below.

  1. Please check what email you've received a receipt of purchase to.
    That will help you understand what account of yours has received a purchase. In some cases, users create several accounts without even knowing it.

  2. Delete and reinstall the app. After you log back in, use the Restore subscription option.

  3. If nothing helps, please get in touch with our support team from the app and provide us with:
    - email of your account;
    - screenshot of the receipt;
    - the platform you've used to make a purchase (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows).
