Thank you for reaching out to us about your refund request. In case you opted for a trial period in our iOS app, and as your purchase was made through the App Store, we are unable to initiate a refund as per their policy.

We kindly request that you contact the App Store Support team to request a refund and provide them with as much detail as possible regarding your matter. They will be able to assist you further with the refund process.

Also, we provide an opportunity of a 7-day trial for users interested in the PRO subscription. In this case, if you have been charged, we kindly ask you to contact our support team via chat on our site, and one of our representatives would be be able to help you!
