Note: If you delete your account, you will not cancel the subscription! Ensure you submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to stop the subscription from renewing automatically.
Cancelling the subscription prevents you from subsequent charges. However, refunds for recent charges cannot be issued. Refunds may be considered for defective content if reported within 14 days of purchase along with documented proof such as screenshots.
Some important differences exist between web-based subscriptions and mobile (App Store, Google Play, Microsoft store) subscriptions. Web subscriptions are managed through the Planner 5D platform, while others subscriptions must be handled under your account in these stores. An absent "Cancel" button on one platform may indicate the subscription is active on the other.
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps based on your platform:
Open your Profile at Planner 5D;
Choose the Billing section;
Click the Cancel button.
Log into your account and navigate to the subscription settings to confirm that your subscription is marked as canceled after the current billing cycle.
Once the subscription is cancelled, you can still use it until the end of the billing period. Let's imagine you've purchased a yearly subscription yesterday and cancelled it today. In that case, you will still have access to a catalogue for 1 year. But at the end of that period, the subscription will not be renewed since you've cancelled it. If you discover any ongoing charges after confirming cancellation, check for pending payments or contact support for clarification.
If you cancel your subscription less than 24 hours before the end of your trial or billing cycle, the system may not process your request before renewal. This could lead to unintended charges. It is recommended to cancel with ample time and to contact support promptly if timing issues arise.
If you do not see the Cancel button, you can always contact our support team to check the status of your subscription for you. You can also contact support to address timing-related issues, clarify payment concerns, or resolve unexpected renewal charges.
