Deleting your Planner 5D account is a straightforward process, but it's important to follow the right steps to ensure all data linked to your account is removed permanently. This article will guide you through the process across various platforms and include key considerations, such as managing subscriptions.
You need to cancel your subscriptions before deleting an account to prevent consequential charges. However, we cannot refund the subscription if you're deleting an account with an active subscription. Deleting your Planner 5D account does not automatically cancel your active subscription, nor does it remove any payment obligations already incurred. Subscriptions remain active and payment obligations incurred prior to account deletion remain in effect. To fully avoid future charges, ensure you manually cancel all active subscriptions before deleting your account. All your projects, renders, and account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of completing the deletion request. This action is irreversible, so it’s strongly recommended to back up or export important data beforehand.
Deleting an account on a web platform:
Sign in to your account on the planner5d.com web platform;
Open Profile -> Manage your data -> Delete your account.
Delete your account on the Android platform:
Open the Planner 5D application on your device;
Open Profile -> Other -> Manage personal data -> Delete my personal data.
Delete your account on the macOS platform:
Run the Planner 5D application on your device;
In the system menu (at the top of the screen), select Help -> Delete my personal data.
Delete the account on the Windows platform:
Run the Planner 5D application on your device;
Use the icon (i) in the left down corner;
Click the link "Request to delete personal data".
Delete an iOS platform account:
Open the Settings on your iOS device.
Locate Planner 5D in the list of installed apps.
Tap Delete my personal data.
Launch the Planner 5D app to complete the changes.For accounts linked to an Apple ID, take additional steps: Open the Planner 5D app and go to the Profile page, take a screenshot of the Profile page, and share it with the support team for verification.
