Though you can't permanently delete a project within the iOS app, you can choose to archive it. This effectively removes it from your immediate view without losing any data. Here's how to do it:
Method 1: Bulk Archive
Open the Planner 5D app on your iOS device.
Navigate to the 'My Projects' section.
Tap the 'Edit' button located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select the projects you wish to archive.
Tap the bin icon situated in the lower right corner. Your selected projects will now be archived.
Method 2: Archiving Projects One-by-one
Open the Planner 5D app on your iOS device.
Navigate to the 'My Projects' section.
In the list of all your projects, find the one you wish to archive.
Long-press on the thumbnail of the desired project.
From the menu that pops up, select the 'Delete' option.
And that's it! Your project will now be archived and removed from your active project list.
If you've archived a project accidentally and wish to restore it, you'll need to use the Planner 5D web app, or you can reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
