As you work on various design projects in Planner 5D, you may accumulate a collection of custom textures. However, there may come a time when you no longer need certain textures and want to remove them from your list. While Planner 5D doesn't provide an option to delete custom textures, you can archive them to keep your texture list organized.
⚠️ At the moment that option is only available on the Web platform. But changes made there will be applied across all other platforms as well. ⚠️
Archiving (deleting) a custom texture:
Log in to your Planner 5D account using the Web version.
Open the 'My Projects' page.
Navigate to the 'All Textures' section on the left-hand side of the screen.
Locate the texture you want to remove and hover over the three dots in the lower right corner.
Select the 'Archive' option to remove the texture from the list. Please note that archiving a texture doesn't free up a slot for uploading a new one.
Restoring an archived (deleted) custom texture:
Log in to your Planner 5D account using the Web version.
Open the 'My Projects' page.
Navigate to the 'Archived' section on the left-hand side of the screen (expand it if necessary to view only textures).
Find the texture you want to restore and hover over the three dots in the lower right corner.
Select the 'Restore' option to bring the texture back to your list of personal textures, which can be used on all platforms.
It's important to note that archiving a texture doesn't create space for new textures.
If you find yourself running out of texture slots, you will need to purchase a new pack. This feature is available on all Planner 5D platforms, including iOS, Android, web, Windows, and macOS.
By effectively managing your custom textures, you can keep your texture list organized and make room for new additions to enhance your design projects in Planner 5D.
