How to restore a deleted project or Space
Projects and Spaces cannot be restored on your end. If something was deleted, you’ll need to contact the Support team.
Before contacting support
To help the team locate your project faster, make sure you:
Check if you may have multiple accounts (this is a common reason projects appear missing)
Check if your Project is not in a different Space
If this didn’t solve it
If you’re unsure whether the project was deleted or missing due to account issues, contact Support with the details below. The more information you provide, the faster the investigation can be completed.
What to include in your request
To help the team locate your project faster, please make sure you:
Are logged into the correct account;
Check if you may have multiple accounts (this is a common reason projects appear missing);
Send us a message directly from the app you used to create the project;
Provide the email address(es) you may have used (list all possible ones);
Share the project name (this helps us search through all projects);
Specify the platform used to create the project (Web, iOS, Android, macOS, Windows);
