Design Battle is Planner 5D's weekly interior design contest. Each round gives you a design brief, a prepared space to work on, and a limited time to submit your entry. After that, other users vote on the submitted designs.
How the Design Battle works
The overall flow is simple:
Open the current weekly battle.
Read the task and theme.
Create your design.
Submit your project.
Vote on other participants' entries.
Wait for the results and prizes.
You have six days to submit your work. Voting starts on the third day of the battle, but submissions can still be sent after voting has already started.
Results are published the following week.
How to join
On iOS and Android
On mobile, you can open Design Battle directly from the home screen.
Launch Planner 5D.
Tap the
Design Battleicon on the home screen.Open the current week's challenge.
Start designing or join the voting stage.
On iOS, you can also check past weeks' challenges from the same area.
On Web
The contest page shows the current battle, the active prize fund, the gallery, and the voting area.
What you do inside the battle
In Design Battle, Planner 5D gives you a ready-made task rather than a blank project.
You get a theme or brief for the round.
The battle may require specific catalog items.
You are expected to use the required number of items in your design.
You can still edit those items to match the theme.
How to submit your project
When you are happy with your design, submit it from the battle screen.
Once a Design Battle project has been submitted, it cannot be edited or deleted.
How voting works
Voting is based on comparing designs from different participants.
You are shown two designs at a time.
Pick the one you like more.
If you do not like either one, you can skip the pair.
