Choose Your Project: Launch Planner 5D on your iOS device and open the project you'd like to collaborate on. Make sure it's a project that all collaborators will have useful input on.
Start Collaborating: Once you're in your chosen project, look for the small gear icon on the right side of the screen. Tap on this icon and select the 'Collaborate' option. This action initiates the collaborative mode on your project.
Invite Others: After you've enabled the collaboration feature, it's time to invite others to join in. Planner 5D allows you to send a collaboration link to others via iMessage. By tapping on this link, your collaborators can join in on the project.
Important Note: To join the collaboration via iMessage, the recipient needs to be on iOS 16 or macOS Ventura.
