How to Fix unauthorized account sign-ups

If you received an account sign-up confirmation email from Planner 5D that you did not authorize, contact Planner 5D Customer Support.


Provide:

  • The email address that received the sign-up confirmation

  • Confirmation that you want the account deleted

The Support team will process the request after receiving your confirmation.


Prevent unauthorized account sign-ups

To help protect your account:

  1. Review devices that are currently signed in to your email account and remove any devices you do not recognize.

  2. Do not share your email account credentials with others.

Please note that signing up and activating a trial requires both email confirmation and your bank details provision. It is done in order to protect your account.
