How to Fix Missing subscriptions

If your subscription is not visible in Planner 5D, verify that you are signed in to the correct account and using the platform where the subscription was purchased.


Check your subscription plan

Planner 5D offers different subscription plans with different features.

Plan

Description

Premium

Access to paid tools and features.

PRO

Includes professional features such as CAD exports, enhanced rendering options, and additional design capabilities.

Make sure your subscription includes the feature you are trying to access.


Check the account you are using

Subscriptions are linked to the account used during purchase.

  1. Verify that you are signed in with the same email address used to purchase the subscription.

  2. If you have multiple accounts, sign out and sign back in using a different email address.

  3. Verify whether you signed in using an email address or a Google account.

Check where the subscription was purchased

Subscriptions are linked to the platform where they were purchased.

Restore a subscription

If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play and your subscription is not visible, use Restore Purchase in the app.

Important: Restore Purchase is only available for App Store and Google Play subscriptions. Web subscriptions cannot be restored using Restore Purchase.


Refresh your account

Try the following steps:

  1. Sign out and sign back in.

  2. Restart the app or refresh the web page.

  3. Clear the app or browser cache.

  4. Update the app to the latest version.

  5. Reinstall the app if necessary.

  6. On mobile devices, open your profile and pull down the screen to synchronize data.

Delayed payment processing

If you paid using iDEAL or another delayed payment method, it may take several business days for the transaction to be processed.


If your subscription is still not visible, contact Support and provide purchase information:

Purchases made on the Planner 5D website

Provide any of the following:

Details

Email address

The email address used during purchase.

Card details

Last four digits of the card, charged amount, and purchase date and time.

PayPal transaction ID

The transaction identifier from PayPal. Starts with letter ''I''

Invoice

The invoice received from Planner 5D.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play
