If project files cannot be downloaded, make sure you are using the latest version of the app. Then check the Files on device section in Settings and start the download manually.
Before you start
Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.
Check file download status
Open the project list.
Open the side menu.
Select the Settings icon (gear icon).
Open the Other tab.
Locate the Files on device section.
Check whether any errors are displayed.
Select Start download.
Check for third-party app interference
If the issue persists, external apps on your device may be preventing files from downloading correctly.
Examples include:
Antivirus software
Automatic cache-cleaning apps
If you use any of these apps, temporarily disable them and check whether the issue is resolved.

Take a screenshot of the error shown in Settings.
Contact the Support team from within the app.
Include the screenshot in your support request.
