Lost Access to Account

If, for some reason, you can't log in to your account, please try the following:

  1. If you used Facebook or Google to log in – you need to restore access to these networks first. Then try logging in again.

  2. Try to recall if you were using several accounts.
    You might have used different email addresses or social networks.

  3. If none of the above help, gather the following information and contact our Support team from the app you're using.
    Note that without that information we won't be able to conduct a proper search to help you:
    - email/emails of your account (you can list all emails you might have used);
    - how you used to log in to your account;
    - names of projects (we'll be able to search through the list of all projects to find yours);
    - the platform you've used to create projects;
    - if you've made some purchases while working on your projects – receipt screenshot.
