To access your projects on multiple devices, sign in to the same account on each device and make sure you have an internet connection.
Synchronize projects across devices
Sign in to the same Planner 5D account on all devices.
Connect each device to the internet.
Create, edit, or delete projects as needed.
Your changes are synchronized across devices automatically.
How synchronization works
Action | Result |
Create a project | The project becomes available on your other devices. |
Delete a project | The project is deleted from your other devices. |
Edit a project | The most recent local version replaces older versions on other devices. |
Avoid version conflicts
Please do not keep the same project open on multiple devices at the same time.
Working on the same project simultaneously across different devices can cause version conflicts and may result in changes being overwritten or lost.
Unfortunately, we do not store previous versions of projects and are unable to restore or revert an overwritten project.
To avoid this issue in the future, please make sure to close the project on one device before opening and editing it on another device.
