About Home Tasks on iPhone and iPad

Home Tasks helps you organize household tasks directly in Planner 5D on iPhone and iPad. You can use it to create your own tasks, mark tasks as completed, and track your progress.

Before You Start

Home Tasks are stored locally on your device.

Tasks are not synced across devices and are not backed up to your Planner 5D account.

What you can do with Home Tasks

With Home Tasks, you can:

  • Get automatic task recommendations from Planner 5D

  • Create your own household tasks

  • View all tasks in one list

  • Mark tasks as completed using a checkbox

  • Track your progress at a glance

Create a task

  1. Open your Space in the Planner 5D app.

  2. Scroll to the Home Tasks section.

  3. Tap Add Task.

  4. Enter the task name or description.

  5. Save the task.

The new task appears in your Home Tasks list.

Complete a task

When you finish a task, use the checkbox next to it to mark it as completed.

This lets you quickly see which household tasks have already been completed and which still need attention.

What can I use Home Tasks for?

You can use Home Tasks to keep track of different home-related activities, including:

  • Replacing light bulbs

  • Cleaning specific rooms

  • Scheduling maintenance

  • Buying supplies

  • Tracking renovation tasks

  • Organizing seasonal chores
