Planner 5D offers Basic, Premium, and PRO subscription plans across different platforms. Subscription availability, included renders, textures, recognitions, and upgrade options may vary depending on the platform. All subscriptions are auto-renewable.
Before you start
All subscriptions are auto-renewable.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. As long as the cancellation is completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date, you will not be charged.
If the subscription is not canceled within this timeframe, the renewal charge may be processed.
Prices may differ depending on the platform and region.
Some subscription types and trial options are platform-specific.
Partial refunds for unused subscription days or full refunds are not available according to the Refund Policy.

Basic plan
The Basic plan is free and includes access to free catalog items and their customization options.

📌 Item customization: Users on the Basic plan can edit the available properties of items that are marked as free on the platform they are currently using.

How to upgrade your subscription
On Web
You can click directly on the Pricing section or Click on Username
Then Tap on Profile or Subscription
You can also purchase via the Pricing page link.
On Android
Open the Profile section.
You can click on Unlock all or Premium and then Upgrade
On iOS
Open the Planner 5D app.
You can click on ''Upgrade'' icon in the right upper corner
Note, that you can activate the 7-day premium trial this way
Click on your Profile, then tapping on ''Upgrade''
This way you can also activate the PRO or Premium trial
Tap the subscription you wish to activate
Follow the on-screen instructions.
On macOS
Open the application.
Click the Profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Click your current subscription plan.
On Windows
Open the Windows application.
Open ''My Projects'' and then you can tap on ''Become a Premium Member''

If the subscription renewed automatically
All subscriptions are auto-renewable. Charges are processed automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
What to do:
Cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the next renewal date if you do not want it to renew again.
If the iOS or macOS trial charged immediately
Trials can only be activated once.
What to do:
Verify whether the Apple ID previously used a Planner 5D trial.
If you want to switch from a Yearly plan to a Monthly plan
The current subscription must first be canceled.
What to do:
Cancel the Yearly subscription at least 24 hours before renewal then subscribe to the Monthly plan after the current billing period ends.
