You can cancel the subscription at any time, as long as the cancellation is completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date;
Prices may differ depending on the platform and region.
Some subscription types and trial options are platform-specific.
Partial refunds for unused subscription days or full refunds are not available according to the Refund Policy.
3-day Premium Trial subscription is available on macOS.
7-day PRO Trial is available on Web
7-day Premium Trial is available on iOS.
Trials can only be activated once.

How to upgrade your subscription
On Web
You can click directly on the Pricing section or Click on Username
Then Tap on Profile or Subscription
You can also purchase via the Pricing page link.
On Android
Open the Profile section.
Select Upgrade near the subscription section.
On iOS
Open the Planner 5D app.
You can click on ''Upgrade'' icon in the right upper corner
Note, that you can activate the 7-day premium trial this way
Click on your Profile, then tapping on ''Upgrade''
This way you can also activate the PRO or Premium trial
Tap the subscription you wish to activate
Follow the on-screen instructions.
On macOS
Open the application.
Click the Profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Click your current subscription plan.
If you're activating a free trial, please ensure the toggle is on.
On Windows
Open the Windows application.
Open Profile from the top-right menu.
Select Upgrade Plan or Become a Premium Member.

If the subscription renewed automatically
All subscriptions are auto-renewable. Charges are processed automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
What to do:
Cancel the subscription before the next renewal date if you do not want it to renew again.
If the iOS or macOS trial charged immediately
Trials can only be activated once.
What to do:
Verify whether the Apple ID previously used a Planner 5D trial.
If you want to switch from a Yearly plan to a Monthly plan
The current subscription must first be canceled.
What to do:
Cancel the Yearly subscription at least 24 hours before renewal.
Subscribe to the Monthly plan after the current billing period ends.
If you've been charged for a Yearly plan and you wish to downgrade the subscription, contact our support team.
