You can cancel your subscription at any time from the platform where it was purchased (Web, App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft) and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Before you cancel
Please note the below:
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription;
You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged again;
Canceling stops future charges only (it does not refund the last payment);
Subscriptions are managed based on where they were purchased (Web, Apple, Google, Microsoft). For example: you cannot cancel AppStore subscription from Web platform.
How to cancel your subscription
On Web (Planner 5D account)
Open your Profile
Go to Subscription
Click Cancel - bottom right corner
Confirm cancellation
On iOS (App Store)
Open Settings
Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Select the subscription you want to cancel
Tap Cancel Subscription
Confirm the cancellation
📌 If you don’t see the cancel option, the subscription is already canceled.
On Android (Google Play)
Open the Play Market app on your Android device
Make sure you’re logged in to the correct Google account
Click the Menu icon → Subscriptions
Find the subscription you wish to cancel
Click the Cancel button
Follow the instructions in the Play Market
On macOS (App Store)
Open the App Store on your device
Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar
Click View Information at the top of the window (you may be asked to sign in
Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage
On Windows (Microsoft Store)
Open Services & subscriptions (Microsoft account);
Sign in with your purchase email;
Select your subscription;
Click Manage → Cancel;
Follow the instructions.
What happens after cancellation
Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period;
After it expires:
Premium features are removed
Your projects remain accessible but you will not have a full access to the catalog.
Your account and projects are not deleted.
You will receive the cancelation confirmation email (if you did not receive it please check Spam or Junk folder)
Common problems
If you don’t see the Cancel button: Your subscription may be:
Purchased on a different platform
Already canceled
If you cannot find your subscription
Make sure you are logged into the correct account (Apple ID / Google / Microsoft / Planner 5D Web platform)
If you are still charged after canceling
This may happen if:
Cancellation was done less than or after 24 hours before renewal;
There is a pending payment.
When to contact support
If you need help or can't find the account with the subscription plan, provide:
The email address(es) used at the time of purchase;
The last 4 digits of your card and type [eg. VISA], the charge amount, and the date.
Your PayPal transaction ID;
The invoice you received from Planner 5D;
If the order has been placed on the App Store, please share the order ID (it starts with the letter "M")
If you've purchased via Google Play Store, a GPA transaction number is needed (for more information, please click here).
