Here's how you can upload your 3D model:
Open the project you're working on;
In the lower-left corner you can find an icon 'Import 3D':
Click it and then upload a file of your object:
Once you've chosen the file, the upload process will start:
Once it's uploaded, you can apply textures, set the default size and a position of the object:
You will be asked to review everything before you submit your 3D model.
Hit 'Submit' to add it to your catalogue. You'll be shown the window below before the importing process is finished. The average processing time is between 3 and 25 minutes.
This model is now available for all your projects in the 'My items' list:
Please note:
The option to apply textures or only colours depends on the model itself. This is controlled by the model’s internal settings, not something we can adjust on our end. Unfortunately, we can't change how this works.
Important notice:
Depending on the model's weight and complexity, this process can take up to 15 minutes. If something goes wrong – please reach out to our Customer Support team!
