To check or cancel the subscription on the Microsoft store do the following:
Open the Services & subscriptions page.
Sign in with the Microsoft account (email address) used to purchase your subscription.
Find the subscription and select Manage.
On the next page, select Cancel.
Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with the cancellation.
