Or, if you prefer a written guide, follow these simple steps:
Start by placing the staircase on your plan at the desired location.
Move to the floor directly above the staircase and create a small room right above the staircase's location.
With the room selected, tap the 'Edit' option to access the room properties.
Scroll through the properties list until you find the 'Show floor' toggle.
Toggle off the 'Show floor' option to hide the floor of the small room you've created above the stairs.
And there you have it! You've successfully created a passage from the first floor to the second via the stairs.
For a more seamless look, you can also hide the walls of the small room. This creates an open passage to the hallway and the rest of the floor.
Remember, practice makes perfect. Feel free to experiment and adjust as you see fit until your design feels just right.
