We have prepared a detailed video for you to learn how to place stairs between the two floors so it creates a passage between those.

To create a passage between the first and second floor in Planner 5D using the Windows app, follow these steps:

  1. Open your project in the Windows app.

  2. Place the stairs on your plan where you want the passage to be.

  3. Move to the floor above and create a small room directly above the location of the stairs.

  4. Select the newly created room and click on the 'Roller' icon to access the customization options.

  5. Locate the 'Floor' toggle and switch it off. This action will remove the floor from that room, allowing you to see from the first floor to the second.

By following these steps, you'll create a visible passage from the first to the second floor. If you want a seamless transition to the hallway or the rest of the floor, you can also hide the walls of the small room.
