How to Fix Account Access Issues

If, for some reason, you can't log in to your account, please try the following:

  1. If you used Google to log in you need to restore access to these networks first. Then try logging in again.

    1. If you used Facebook - please access this link to create a new password and link your email address.

  2. Try to recall if you were using several accounts.
    You might have used different email addresses or social networks.

  3. If none of the above help, gather the following information and contact our Support team from the app you're using.


Note that without that information we won't be able to conduct a proper search to help you:


- email/emails of your account (you can list all emails you might have used);
- how you used to log in to your account;
- names of projects (we'll be able to search through the list of all projects to find yours);
- the platform you've used to create projects;
- if you've made some purchases while working on your projects – receipt screenshot.

Restore your password

Use the Restore password option and follow the instructions to reset your password.


Restore access to your sign-in method

If you use Google to sign in, restore access to your Google account and then try signing in again.

If you use Facebook to sign in, use the Facebook account recovery link to create a new password and link your email address.


Check for multiple accounts

You may have created more than one account using different Email addresses.

Try signing in with any email addresses or social accounts you may have used previously.


Contact Support

If you still cannot access your account, contact the Support team from the app you are using.

Include the following information:

Details

Email address

Include all email addresses that may be associated with the account.

Sign-in method

Describe how you usually sign in to the account.

Project names

Include the names of projects associated with the account.

Platform

Specify the platform where the projects were created.

Purchase receipt

Include a screenshot of the receipt if you made purchases while working on your projects.

Providing this information helps the Support team locate your account and projects.
