At the moment, the Android app does not offer an option to change the measurement system.
Measurements are shown using the default units, and switching between metric and imperial isn’t supported yet on Android.
Suggestion:
If you need to work with a different measurement system, you can:
open the same project on Web, iOS, or Windows,
change the units there,
then continue working on Android.
