Planner 5D API: PRO access and white-label integrations

Planner 5D offers API access for two types of workflows:

  • Public API for PRO users: automate tasks using your Planner 5D account, projects, and assets.

  • B2B partner APIs for white-label integrations: connect a branded Planner 5D experience to your website, application, and business systems.

Access depends on your account permissions, enabled features, and applicable usage limits.

Public API for PRO users

The public API lets PRO users connect Planner 5D to their own tools and workflows.

  • Generate and edit images and videos with AI Studio. Requests can include source images, reference images, instructions, and a maximum credit allowance. For asynchronous jobs, check the returned job status before retrieving the output.

  • Import custom 3D models into your personal collection from supported model files, images, or product links. Check conversion status and retrieve model metadata and 2D previews when processing is complete.

  • Recognize floor plans and work with editable project data. Submit a supported floor-plan file, check recognition status, and retrieve the resulting project identifier and native scene JSON. AI Studio floor-plan illustrations return images; floor-plan recognition produces editable project geometry.

  • Prepare native renders, panoramas, and walkthroughs from stored project geometry. Prepare a task with project and camera settings, start it explicitly, then check its status and retrieve the completed image or viewing link.

  • Retrieve project embed links and ready-made iframe HTML for default, 2D, and 3D views. The selected view determines the initial display; visitor access and editing permissions follow the project's existing sharing settings.

  • Request supported project exports and check export-task status to retrieve completed download links. Available formats depend on your account permissions and format rights.

How to get started

  1. Sign in to your Planner 5D PRO account.

  2. Open Profile → Account settings → API key to copy your access token.

  3. Follow the authentication guide and quickstart in the documentation.

Keep your access token private and use it on your server.

API requests use your account’s existing permissions, credits, and feature limits.

PRO access alone does not enable a B2B account or business catalogue management.
