Nearby activity widget
The Nearby activity widget appears on the Space screen and shows the first three available events for the address associated with your Space. Tap an event to open its details, or tap View all to open the complete Neighborhood Pulse list.
If no activity is available, the widget shows Change address. You can use this option to add or update the address used for Neighborhood Pulse.

View neighborhood events
The full Neighborhood Pulse list can include different types of property activity, including:
Building permits
Property sales
Rental events
Each event can display:
An icon indicating the event type
The type of event
A description
The address where the event occurred
An image of the related property
Tap an event to open the Event screen and view more information.
What is an event?
In Neighborhood Pulse, an event is a recent estate activity related to the area around the address added to your Space. Events can include building permits, property sales, and rental activity.
Each event can include the event type, description, address where the event took place, and an image of the related property. Tapping an event opens the Event screen, where you can view a map, property image when available, a brief description, and additional event details.
Free and paid access
Free users can open the first event in the list. Opening additional events displays the Premium subscription screen, and the Unlock all button below the list also opens the subscription screen.
Users with a paid subscription have full access to the available neighborhood events.

How events are organized
Neighborhood Pulse organizes events by type and date:
Building permits are shown first.
Property sales are shown after building permits.
Within each category, the newest events appear first.
View event details
When you open an event, the Event screen can show:
A map with the location of the related property
A property image, when available
A short description
Detailed information about the event
Neighborhood Pulse uses the address associated with your current Space to find relevant activity. If the address is changed, the available neighborhood activity is updated for the new address.
