Use Floor Plan to convert or improve a floor plan image while keeping its architectural proportions.
You can add room dimensions, keep room labels, and add drafting notes before generating the updated floor plan.
Generate a floor plan
Open an AI Studio canvas.
Select the floor plan image.
Click Floor Plan.
Choose whether to enable Include dimensions.
Choose whether to enable Keep room labels.
Add instructions in the Drafting note field, if needed.
Click Generate Floor Plan.
Generation process
After you start the generation:
A progress indicator is displayed while the floor plan is being generated.
You can select the generation to view its progress.
The generated floor plan appears below the original image when the process is complete.
Result
The generated floor plan keeps the original architectural proportions while improving readability. Depending on the selected options, it can include room dimensions and room labels.
