You can get help with your project using Design Generator or Bernard AI, by booking a live session with a designer ($79), or by ordering a full custom design (starting from $99).
This is separate from the Planner 5D subscription (Free / Premium / Professional). Hiring a designer is an extra paid service, not included in the plan.

If you want quick assistance while working on your project, we offer some tools such as:

AI Designer: furnishes your room depending on the chosen style and room type;
Bernard AI: Bernard AI helps guide your design process with suggestions and ideas, while full project creation is available through design services.

3. How to Order a Full Custom Design:
If you want a complete project created for you, you can check more information on the service below:
Floor plan (basic layout): $99
⚠️No need to purchase a floor plan if you already have a 2D/3D project available in Planner 5D platform.
If you don’t have a project yet: Start by creating a project or uploading a floor plan.
⚠️If you already have a project, we will review it and make sure it aligns with your request.
Please note:
Small adjustments (such as minor layout changes or room size tweaks) will not be charged.
❗️If your request involves more significant layout changes, additional work may be required. In that case, a Floor Plan service ($99) may be needed to complete those updates.
Room interior design: $99 per room
Renders / 360 walkthroughs / CAD: from $49 each
We also provide the priority delivery, this is charged $99 additionally.

After clicking to receive the estimate for the project, there are two ways you can receive it:
Filling out the information yourself;
If you’re unsure what to select, please choose the “Talk to us” or ''Chat with Us'' option and send us a message with the following details:
Project scope: Do you need a basic 3D model of the floor plan, or a full interior design for specific rooms or the entire space?
Deliverables: Are you looking for HD renders, 360° walkthroughs, or CAD files?
Reference materials: If available, please provide a floor plan sketch or drawing
Our team will review your request and provide you with an estimate for your project.
After placing your order, you will receive a personal dashboard that allows you to track your project's progress, comment as work progresses, directly communicate with your designer at any time, and do much more.
4. What will I get?

Editable 2D/3D floor plan
It can be created from scratch, from your blueprint, or we can use the one you’ve already made
Interior design of selected rooms
We will perfect the furniture selection, arrangement, and finishes to ensure your complete satisfaction
Realistic 4K renders
A set of photorealistic renders for every room so you can see your future space on photos
360° Walkthrough
Walk around the house with an interactive 360° walkthrough to enjoy an unmatched experience of your space
