If you’d like a more real-life perspective in Planner 5D (eye-level or seated view), you can achieve it in 3D by moving the camera closer to the floor and navigating through the space like in a first-person view.
Mouse controls:
Switch to 3D view.
Zoom in using the mouse wheel until the camera drops closer to eye level.
Right-click + drag to move left/right (and reposition your viewpoint).
Left-click + drag to rotate the view and look around.
Keyboard controls:
You can also navigate like in many 3D games:
Use W / A / S / D to move around the space (forward / left / back / right).
Combine this with the mouse controls above to rotate and fine-tune your viewing angle.
Tips:
Zoom in a bit more than usual, then make small movements with W/A/S/D to position the camera where a person would naturally stand or sit.
If movement feels too fast, try shorter taps on the keys and smaller mouse drags.
