The Spaces feature in the Planner 5D Android app helps you keep everything related to a property in one organized place. Whether you're designing, renovating, planning a move, or simply storing important information, Spaces makes property management simple and efficient.
What is a Space?
A Space is a dedicated area where you can store and manage all details about a specific property. Each Space can include:
Property name or its full address
A cover photo
Key details such as:
Number of rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.)
Square footage
Price
Photos of the property
Documents organized in folders such as Images, Warranties, Maintenance, Bills & Invoices, and more
Custom folders you create yourself
How to Create Your First Space
If you’ve never added a Space before, the app will guide you through the setup.
1. Start a New Space
Go to My Space, and then choose New Space on the scree.
Enter the address of the property. This becomes the starting point for your Space.
2. Add Property Information
Once you confirm the address, a new window opens where you can:
Set a cover image for your Space
Add or edit the property name (you can keep the address instead)
Fill in details like:
Number of each room type
Square footage
Price
Additional notes
3. Finish Setup
When you're done, you’ll be redirected to the main page of your newly created Space. From here, you can start adding documents, photos, and more.
Using the Docs Tab
You can upload and organize all property‑related documents using the Docs tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Inside Docs, you’ll find default folders such as:
Images
Warranties
Maintenance
Bills & Invoices
You can also create your own folders to customize the storage structure for your project.
This makes it easy to keep everything—from receipts to service records and design files—all in one place.
