By following these simple steps you can help us resolve your issue in no time:
- Always contact us from the app you've faced an issue in;
Since you're using the Web platform, you will need to log in to your account on the Web platform, open the Help Centre and use the "New support ticket" option to contact us.
- Add a screenshot of your issue to the ticket;
This screenshot should capture the whole screen. Sometimes tiny details help us solve the case.
- Describe the step-by-step process that led you to that issue;
The more details you give us, the faster we can reproduce your journey to find and fix the obstacle on your way.
- If a purchase is missing – attach a screenshot of the receipt, so we can find and restore it.
If you've made a purchase on the Web platform, we've sent to your registered email a receipt right after the purchase has been made.
