  1. Always contact us from the app you've faced an issue in;
    Use the "Report a problem"  form to send us your questions or concerns. You can find it by tapping on the profile icon in the upper left corner of the app.
  2. Add a screenshot of your issue to the ticket;
    This screenshot should capture the whole screen. Sometimes tiny details help us solve the case.
  3. Describe the step-by-step process that led you to that issue;
    The more details you give us, the faster we can reproduce your journey to find and fix the obstacle on your way.
  4. If a purchase is missing – attach a screenshot of the receipt, so we can find and restore it.
