We cannot guarantee that other plan types will be processed correctly. 

In case your plan hasn’t been correctly processed, try uploading a better quality plan.

In case you aren’t satisfied with the result, you can always contact our Support team. Please gather the following information:

  1. The file of your plan;

  2. The link to the digitalised project;

  3. Email of your account.

We’ll be able to see if there is anything we can do to help process your plan.
