These cases are eligible for a refund for 14 days after the purchase is made:
Unauthorised purchases: if a purchase was made on your account or with the payment method that you did not permit.
We will require a confirmation from your bank that your bank card has been compromised.
Defective purchases: if a purchase you made was not delivered or is defective.
We will require a confirmation of the defect you’ve found in the purchase.
Doubled payment: your card or PayPal account has been charged twice for the same purchase.
We will require a confirmation of the doubled payment: that can be a bank/PayPal account statement with two charges made.
