There are currently two subscription types: yearly and monthly.


Premium subscription provides you with the full access to the extensive items catalogue, customisation possibilities, texture, render packs and much more. We’re devoted to providing you with the right set of tools to make your designing experience unforgettable.


Depending on the platform and market region prices may slightly differ. 


Choose the platform to purchase a subscription:

- Web;

- iOS;

- Android;

- macOS;

Windows.


Subscribing on the Web platform


To upgrade your plan you will need to access your Profile on the platform in the Billing section you’ll have the list of your active subscriptions/purchases. There you can use the option Upgrade plan to purchase a Premium subscription.


Subscribing on the iOS platform


To upgrade the subscription type from Basic to Premium please open the Profile info in the Planner 5D app on your iOS device. You can do that by tapping the Profile icon in the upper left corner.


There you'll see your current subscription type and the number of textures/renders available. To proceed with the subscription just tap on your current subscription and follow instructions. 


Subscribing on the Android platform

Once you've logged in to your account, use the burger menu on the left side to see your available subscription, textures and renders packs. Use the green plus sign near the subscription type to upgrade it. Here you can also buy additional textures/renders packs.


Subscribing on the macOS platform


Start the app on your macOS device. Once you've logged in to your account, use the Profile icon in the upper right corner. Click on your current subscription plan to upgrade it. From here you can also purchase additional renders by clicking Renders options.


Subscribing on the Windows platform


Open the app on your Windows device. In the left menu at the bottom, you can find Upgrades. Open that section to choose and purchase a subscription plan. That is a one-time purchase that gives you a lifetime access.


There are two subscription types:

- Premium

Gives you access to a full catalogue, but doesn't support synchronisation between other platforms. 

- Premium Plus

Provides you with access to a full catalogue and allows the synchronisation between different platforms. That way you can access and keep on editing your projects on Web, iOS, Android or macOS platforms as well.
